This is my rough draft:

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, supporting and upgrading JIRA Software & Confluence
• Design and build projects in Jira & Confluence to support users at various levels of the organization such as Directors, Project Leads, subject matter experts, and software developers
• Implement functional requirements from users in the Atlassian tool suite and recommend best practices to be followed across the organization
• Develop standards and best practices for application operations and maintenance activities
• Communicate system changes to the user base and provide training and user support
• Identify system issues and review application logs to troubleshoot
• Identify and implement time and cost saving strategies via scripted automation
