Listener events for Project Level - Workflow, Screen, Field Configuration, Screen scheme

Hi,

We are looking for a solution in listener that triggers events when the Workflow, Screen, Field Configuration, Screensheme of specific issuetypes are updated with a different scheme.

For example: Issuetype A is tagged with Workflow scheme named "A" and if it is changed to "B" there should be an event triggered or any notification.

Any possibility of having this, as mentioned we have scriptrunner enabled.

Jira does not fire events for administrative actions, so there's nothing that Scriptrunner can react to.

Nice idea, but no, because you're not updating a project when you are changing them! 

You are updating a global object that projects refer to.
