Loading JIRA app in Power BI

Hi guys, I'm new to Power Bi but have used JIRA before.

I've initiated the load of JIRA app in my power bi app but it has been running for 30 minutes now with  no sign of completion.

The display just shows as   ......       Loading...

Any ideas?

Same issue here.....just spins on loading for ages
