Yes with issue security feature you can hide tickets from certain users/groups.

was that only hide tickets or you need to hide certain event and hide for certain users.

Are you working with issues in a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
The first way to hide issues from users is to remove their permissions to the project. That would block their ability to see any issues in that project.

If you want them to be able to see some issues in the project, then the next option is Issue Security. The implementation depends on whether you are working with issues in a Company Managed or Team Managed project. You can find that information on the View all projects page under the Projects menu.
