Lock estimated time on Cloud

Hello everyone,

On cloud it is not possible to lock the "Estimated time", unless you remove it from the "Edition" screen. However, on server it was possible to modify the Original "Estimated time" before you added a work log. 

Is there any plugin or script that can help you perform such action?
