Locked out of System - Need to resubscribe to Jira software.

Hi, am stuck here. I can't believe I can just fix this myself. I have updated my credit card information.

 

Can anyone look at this quickly.  I created a ticket already. CA-1500600

 

Please help asap

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I saw that our customer advocates already helped with your request and Jira Software is already active again.

You did it right in creating the ticket since here from community we don’t have access to activate a product on a site, we could just escalate the ticket to them.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, that is exactly what we are - a Community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff.  We are not support, Atlassian, Cloud account managers or your admins (although some of those people are active here)

As you've raised a help request as CA-1500600, that's the route where you'll get Atlassian to look into it and fix it (we can't see those requests either)

I'm sorry, but we can't help you ourselves.

I know that is not helpful at all, but I wanted you to know that you're not being ignored because we can't help, and you've already done all the right things, and you should expect something more useful than this from Atlassian on the issue you've raised.
