Log Work/JIRA time

I would just want to say "I have worked 2h". If I do that now (11:40) and log my wrok, it looks as if I have been working 11:40 to 13:40, in truth, it was 9:40 to 11:40. How can change that?

When you log the work, change the "Date Started" time.

is there any field that where i can see this information? I mean for example the field that shows if i worked on the issue between 9:00 and 11:00 or between 11:00 and 13:00?

You will see the time under WorkLog tab in the JIRA issue. It only show the time (which will be the start time) and the hours entered. It won't show the end time.
