Log work on subtasks, estimate total and display remaining time on parent

Jira 7.4.2 on CentOS 7.2.1511

 

I would like to put time estimates on bugs and stories, and log work on subtasks that have no estimates of their own, and have the remaining of the parent be the total on the parent subtracted with the sub of the logged work on the subtasks.

Is this possible?
