Logout Redirect Issue in Jira OAuth2.0 Integration

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have integrated Jira OAuth2.0 in my application. When I open Jira wizard for login it routes me to access requesting page. But when I logout from the already logged-in account it doesn't routes me to actual URL that the required for my configured app. It routes me to id.atlassian.com. And I need to reopen the tab to route to my configured app URL.
After logging out from above screen it routes to below URL??
