Logs for 'Activity' tab in JIRA

Hello,

It is possible to find logs for actions made here using JQL or SQL?

For example, I want to check all JIRA ticket with that action triggered.

Or how can I find this action made in the 'History' tab(same action like in the 'Activity' tab).
