What I would recommend is going through official materials such as:

• Jira Administration for Cloud certification > expand details and check exam topics and detailed exam topics PDF
• Prepare for the Jira Administration for Cloud certification > free prep course for the exam

There are also a lot of success stories here on the forum where you can find some tips & tricks. See example: Success journey: ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud Certification + browse these. 

Apart from just going through resources and reading, the best preparation would be hands-on experience. Like, open one instance, start a free trial if needed, and go through the whole administration, especially those things you do not do/configure daily.

There are also recorded study and intro sessions from Community folks, which can probably be helpful:

• Atlassian Certified Professional ACP 120 FULL COURSE (2024) 

Again, the recommendation would be to go through official materials (like the prep course) and experiment with a sandbox environment.
