Looking for a filter to identify changes to scope (adds / removes from sprint)

This info is visible on the Sprint Burndown report ... looking to see if there is a query / filter that I can get the same info to monitor additions and removals from the sprint scope.

Thank you!  Looks like we would need to get the script runner.  Too bad we can't do it without it, since it costs  :(
