Looking for a monitoring solution for Jira & Confluence Cloud

Hi,

For our customer, we need to - on top of Atlassian's Statuspage - monitor the availability of Jira and Confluence Cloud by monitoring via URL polling for example when the sites are / are not publicly available. We should be informed via sms and email when a site is not available for more than 5 minutes.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any solutions to suggest?

It can be done with Opsgenie, it has heartbeat monitoring.
