Looking for consolidated requirement stability index report

Hi ,

   I am looking for a consolidated report for a program ( Consisting of multiple Jira projects) covering below information.

number of times (Epic , User story) a requirement have been changed

Hello @Raguramaselvan Arumugam ,

There are not any out of the box reports that are designed to show the change history on an issue, only the direct issue history tab issue per issue that requires manual review of the issue for the comparison.

I did a bit of searching in the marketplace and found the following add-on app that looks like it has this functionality on Cloud and I recomend checking it out to see if it will generate the reporting items you are looking for:
