Looking for someone that can fix my Jira (paid)

Hi, after stopping Jira it doesn't start anymore. Can't figure out whats wrong. It's v7.0.1. Is there someone or some company that can help out with configuration of Atlassian products? I wan't it to run again (without loss of data) and upgraded to the latest version.

You can find a Atlassian Partner in your location (https://www.atlassian.com/partners/search) that would be able to help you with your problems or simply contact Atlassian Support to help you bring back you instance (if you have a valid license with maintenance. If not maybe it would be cheaper to buy a new license or renew existing than pay someone). You can also try ask for help here (for free) but it might be not effective if you have a complex situation in your instance that require deep investigation.
