My mail id got changes recently and I had jira access before. I lost my jira access after email is change and not able to get the previous jira access back. Need help to get my jira access.

What You Can Do:
Only a Jira site admin can restore your access.
Ask them to:
Verify if your new email is added as a separate user (this often happens).
Merge or update the existing user account with your new email if possible.
Or grant access to your new email with the same permissions/roles as before.
If your company uses SSO (Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, etc.):
Ensure your new email is properly synced.
You might need to log in again via SSO using your new email.
If you're a site admin and unable to fix this via the user management settings, raise a support request here:
If you're not an admin, and nobody in your org is helping, you can:
Try logging in with your old and new emails.
If both fail, request your Jira Admin to re-add you.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
