I have had free Jira for many years at loopdata.at(lassian).net but haven't used it in about a year. Logging in now with either of my admin accounts I get all sorts of permissions errors including "contact your administrator" for manage accounts, or "this user does not have access to Jira" and many more.
I was able to grant a new account for a regular project user, but all of my administration-type activities are failing or blocked.
I can't seem to re-grant "access to Jira" for my admin with a gmail address, anything that looks like it would "reconnect" jira to my users wants to instantiate a whole new account at a new URL.
How do I regain access to my standing account and reconnect Jira to it? This is either incredibly counter-intuitive or my account permissions are scrambled beyond my reach.
Hi @Todd Young
I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1145845
I can see that this cloud site doesn't currently have a site-admin, which shouldn't normally happen. Please reach out in that support ticket and someone from our support team should be better able to help here.
Thanks
Andy
Thank you! In case it helps, all four of my users still have status "invited" even though they have already accepted and are using the system. The system encourages resending the invite email to clean that up, but they never seem to get sent even though the popup notification says they were.
