Our Jira went to the standard plan and we have requested to downgrade and it is done now under the free plan again as we are only a maximum of 10 users.
Now we have lost all our details, it looks like a fresh signed up Jira account. We lost our entire board.
How to restore and why this happened.
Kindly help as we are in struggle for past couple of days.

This might have happened because those boards were created by people who no longer have access to Jira.
I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian support..
