Lozenge is not working in Jira Server custom field

Hi @venkatesh_rajput 

I guess it is related to the case that since Jira 8.7 HTML is disabled by default due to security reasons

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-70859

I suggest to check that setting and of course if its OFF try to enable it to see if helps. This could be done in General Configuration
