MS Teams connector and Cloud - broken?

I followed the instructions as stated in the JIRA connector in Teams (it shows old screenshots, the WebHooks menu item is no longer in that particular location, according to my UI?). I am getting a notification in a channel for a new issue created, a new comment added to a ticket. But not when a ticket is deleted, a ticket is changed, a comment is changed, and no delete notifications for anything.

The WebHook is configured to fire all events happening to a ticket.

Is the Connector broken? Is it not listening to the correct messages? Is the structure of the JSON message for this version of Cloud different than what was programmed for this connector?

I'm using the Cloud version of JIRA (i think currently JIRA 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT ?)
