Hi @bhupal ,

if you are a Sys Admin and you need to recovery your password please adopt the following workaround https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-972329273.html

If you remember your user/pwd, you should be able to update user email if user is an internal one. If it comes from AD, Crowd or other source you need to update it on the other system and perform a user sync.
