Maanging Custom fields effectively

Limiting the scope of custom field to specific projects context is one of the strategy for managing custom fields effectively in JIRA.

This is always a best practice to follow in a server or a data center environment, however I do not see any specific recommendation for cloud JIRA.

Is it still advisable to follow the strategy and keep fields tied to project context for better performance and search functionality?

Hi @rahuldanwade  - Absolutely! Providing a context more specific than Global is certainly recommended for Cloud.
