Good day!
Can you please tell me if it is possible, when sending from Outlook, for example, to the jira's address, to make sure that all correspondence is not saved, and only the body of the letter gets into the project? Because the tasks include the signature and sometimes a dozen messages from the correspondence, which is very inconvenient.
Found the Mail Handlers in the system settings, but when configuring it, it still did not give any changes for the requests received by email.
Can you tell me which handler I need to use and if there is an example of setting so that previous letters from the correspondence do not get into the application?
