[Mail handler] Get headers from incoming mail in mailbox and use it in a ticket

Hi! 

I'm looking for something that I will be able to read mail headers from incoming mail in mailbox and use this data in a ticket (e.g. fill custom fields). 

Do you know app or native solution that will help me with this?

Hi Sebastian.

As far as I know there isn't any native solution.

I have in the past used Email this issue, which is able to fetch headers on incoming mail.

That was on the server/datacenter version and maybe it also works on cloud?

However then you need to use email this issue as mail handler instead of the native mail handler.
