Hi!
We create the issues from the emails being auto-sent by another system. That system cannot parse the notifications but sometimes need to send the letter with extra info.
We found out that in case you respond to your own initial letter (not to the notification containing the created issue key), such response will be received as a comment as it's in the same letters thread.
Is there an ability to simulate such kind of the response, so the system that cannot receive the issue key would be able to send a comment if required?
