Mail notification to creator WITHOUT "notify on own" activated

Hello there,

Yes, this topic again... But i wasn't able to find a suitable solution. 

i want to send notifications to the creator of a ticket but not having him to activate the "notify on own tickets" option. 

Background is, that i'm using mail to jira, so users send a mail to a adress, a ticket will be created and i want the creator to be notified via mail. In the notification scheme the creator is added to the group of users who may receive a notification. 

The user will get notified if i move the ticket, tho. Just the creation of the ticket will not be notified via mail. 

Is there a workaround to get the mail send?
