Mail notifications format changed to text format

Last week we have started to get all Jira notifications in text format.

We are using Jira Cloud and at that time, we have uninstalled the Jira Service Desk and a couple of unused add-ons.

Any clue of how the fix this issue?

Hi @Alex Kuterman

If you go into your System Settings then scroll down to 'User Defaults', there is an option there for Default outgoing email format - if you click 'edit default values' you can change this from text to HTML.

Hope that helps,

Regards, Liam

Thanks Liam,

It works.

Any clue about why the removal of some add-ons affected the personal settings of all the users?

I'm glad it worked!

No idea Alex, the only thing I can think is that one of the add-ons was overriding the settings and removing it caused them to change
