I have a little problem with configure mail handlers .
I have one main mail : main@jira.com (for example )
How to create diffrent way to solve information about incoming mail .
Strategy for the first line support :
i need to create info when the mail will income . Info i mean information in internal comment (full email information)and activity note in mails .
For second line support .
only information in activity note .
I can use :
Email this issue , and box jira handler .
