Make Server version of Jira App public

Hi, I'm the developer of app `https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220455/accelq-connect?tab=overview`

Our app is eligible for both Data Center and Server versions of Jira. While trying to release a new version public. I only see the option to make Data Center version public.

I don't see any option to make the Server version of our app public.
