Make selecting an option in a field create an issue

Good evening create a field where the options are the projects that we have in the company, when selecting one of them two incidents are created with the same information in the current project and in the one that I select in the field but this is done at the moment that I am creating the incident, if I want to move in the field after being created, it does not perform the action of creating the incident in the selected project.

I did the automation with the trigger The field value was changed but it still doesn't perform the action. Could you please help me find the way to carry out the action after the incident is created

Hi @Dora Judith Martínez Vera 

It seems that the listener on value change is done only at creation, you can add edit in the configuration of the trigger in "Para" no ?

Note that if you add a value or remove it will re-run the entire automation. You will porbably need to add if then else condition to avoid multiple issue to be created at every execution.
