Making 'Favorite Filter' gadget accessible/visible to Public.

I have added the 'Favorite Filter' gadget to the Dashboards where I can see the issue counts, story counts, etc. 

However, I am not able to make it to be accessible by Public.

Please help.

Hi @border_water ,

Please check all mentioned filters are shared with other users or not. Please refer below screenshot to check whether filter is shared or not.

1. Click on Issues > Manage Filters

2. Serach All Filters and check all your filters shared with users are not.

Also users need to follow above two steps and mark these filters as favourite by clicking star icon. Users will be able to view the filters only when they mark as stars that is favourites.

It works when other users mark my filters as Favorite as you suggested.

One more thing... how can I change the Title of 'Favorite Filter' gadget ?

Unfortunately you cannot change the gadget titles in Jira. Please vote or accept the answer to help other community users.

Welcome to Community !.

Favourite Filter lists favourite filters for the current user. For example, if you have made 10 filters as favourite , then you will be see 10 filters in gadget. If i made 4 filters as favourite , it show four results when I login to jira.

So favourite filter results will not be same all users. 

If users unable to view the dashboard then you need to share the board with your users. Please refer below document for the same.

Still my problem remains unsolved.

I have created a Dashboard for my team with few gadgets including this 'Favorite Filter' gadget. My intention is all users in the team should be able to see the Dashboard with all gadgets including the 'Favorite Filter' gadget.  But they cannot see this 'Favorite Filter' gadget, they can see other gadgets though.

This 'Favorite Filter' gadget contains the metices like "Total Number of stories in a sprint", "Number of Unresolved Stories", "Number of Resolved Stories", "Number of Stories without Story points", etc.

Can you please confirm whether users seeing Favourite filter gadget as blank space or any error in gadget view. If error , proving screenshot help in troubleshooting
