Hello! We recently upgraded from Jira 7.3 to Jira 7.13. In Jira 7.3, when I exported all fields to a CVS file of a filter, I would have a very clean spreadsheet where everything was in its respective column.
Now, in Jira 7.13, I'm forced to use delimiters, which may be fine, if when parsing them in Excel, stuff ended up in the wrong column. In addition to this, comments are interspersed between other data, and show up in other columns as well, before I even parse it. This makes this data completely unreadable and unusable. Is there any way around this? Is there any way for me to get the exported data in the same format as I did in Jira 7.3? This has basically broken a lot of our metrics spreadsheets.
Thanks so much in advance!
