Making "Activity" the default view when viewing Issues

How can I make the "Activity" view at the bottom of viewing an issue the default view for all users instead of "All" tab?

Hi Brian,

You can use this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Changing+the+Default+Tab+Panel+from+Comments+to+All

Note that it describes how to change to "all" instead of "comments", but just consider "activity" as you wish...
