Making subtasks with a post function

I want to have my project workflow create 3 subtasks whenever a the issue type goes through a status. What needs to be typed in the "Create multiple Sub-Tasks" box to complete this? I just need the tasks created not assigned

You will need to get an app like ScriptRunner or JSU.  JSU is easier to use just not as powerful.  For what you have listed above you could easily do it using JSU.
