We have hosted Jira Server using public IP. I have notice some of the outsiders continually try to send different request to the server URL. That will affected for heap space memory. Is there way to blocking malicious attack from outsiders.

Hi Iresh

depending on your setup you might be able to block these kind of requests on your loadbalancer/reverseproxy.

Another option would be to dig deeper into fail2ban, see also https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/using-fail2ban-to-limit-login-attempts-216433031.html

Hope that helps

Cheers
