Manage Apps with Code

Hello all, If I have my Jira installation defines in code and deployed using a pipeline, is there any way to manage and install apps, using Ansible, for example?

Let's say I have a jar - do I just need to copy it to a directory?

Do I need to update a config file somewhere?

Is it even feasible?
