Is it possible to allow only for few users or groups to change the Status of the issue??? HOW??

Hi Marco,

the status is changed by workflow. You can set workflow conditions on every step which restricts it to a certain group or project role.

Yes, you can add conditions on who can perform the workflow transition . See this link for details. See section Applying conditions to transitions in the link.
