Manage Sprint at Board Level

The Manage Sprints option is set at a Project level. A Board can be configured to pull issues from multiple projects, though, and sprints can only be created within a Board. While I can restrict Board Configuration options to Board Administrators, sprint management does not follow suit. 

Is there a way that I can limit sprint management at a board level? Or is this just not possible?

Hi @Kmmaughs  - No, you can't limit the function at the board level - it is controlled at the project level as you have noted. But if the user does not have Manage Sprint permission for every project used by the board filter, then they typically cannot manage the sprint. At least that is true in Jira Cloud - not completely sure about Server version.

Thanks! I was hoping there was a special app or something available that applied an extra security configuration to limit sprint management at a board level. Oh well...
