Manage Staff in Tempo shows error message

Hello,

I have Jira server v8.13.6 and using Tempo Timesheets in it.

In Tempo, Manage Staff is not showing any users and throwing "Something went wrong" error. Can anyone help me resolve this please.

Hi @Sangmesh ,

Can you please check if a Location has been created in Tempo and if all users are members in one of them (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/585105739/Creating+and+Deleting+Staff+Locations+-+Tempo+Server+10.12+and+Later).

In case this problem started after an update of Tempo and no Location is available in your system (or the problem persists even users are members of a Location), can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this. 
It can be useful to attach the JIRA support.zip file to that ticket as it might give us additional information about this problem.
