Manage rules not where it's supposed to be :(

I'm in the team-managed project and the only options I have are to manage workflow or configure boards; cannot get manage rules anywhere, what am I doing wrong?

Can you show use the screens you are viewing?

Automation (rules) should be an option under Project Settings for a Team Managed project.
