Currently, we use 2 atlassian products Trello and JIRA. There are certain google user groups we use to sign-up on Trello vs individual users to notify the whole team whenever a new card is assigned. However, on JIRA we do have individual user accounts. The issue here is whenever I sign-up with a group email on Trello, it automatically creates a new user on JIRA and that shouldn't be the case. We'd want to manage workflows/items independently on these platforms cause they serve different purposes (internal vs external). Any suggestion on how this can be avoided would be highly appreciated.
