our organization is using cloud jira.

Some of our developers are  using client provided cloud jira. 

When we disable user account from our organization  jira, their account get disabled from client provided jira also. 

How we can deactivate user from our organization jira and their keep their account active for other organization cloud jira?

Hi @Ashutosh and welcome to the community!

This is because they are using the credentials provided by your instance on the client systems.

There are two options:

1. Instead of deactivating the users in your instance, remove their licensing for the Jira product(s). This way, they're still active users on your instance, but not eating up licensing.
2. Have them request an account on the client instance.
