Could you tell me if there is a possibility in Jira or other Atlassian products to maintain a customer database (contacts, phone, email, notes), schedule meetings, and create reminders?
I do not think there is an out of the box solution to what you are looking for.
One of the ways it could be achieved is to use confluence databases and use of automation for reminders.
