Mandatory Fields in Issue's Creation

Hey all, 

I want some fields when create an issue to be required and some to be optional. So in the case that someone forgets to configure a mandatory field, the task cannot be created. How can I do that?

This is done in the field configuration scheme. The scheme can be one or a collection of configurations for each issue type. for instance, if you want 'steps to reproduce' to be required for bugs but not tasks then bugs should have it's own configuration in the field configuration scheme. Except for a few system fields, like Summary, all fields are optional by default.
