Basically Our all Jira issue fields are mapped with Service cloud. So as of now the assignee field is empty at Service Cloud side. So need to map only Assignee field with SC assignee field. Is there any way to fix this data. Is it possible to write one time script that get values from Jira Assignee field and put into SC Assignee field??
