Hey, I am wondering how do I make Jira and Slack use the correct user group when tagged either in Jira or in Slack and viseversa?
I am currently using @Assist so our employees can create tickets directly from a designated Slack channel, then when they use the @slack-usergroup-example, Jira shows "@group564654874", same happens if they tag @jira-team-example then Slack only shows @group-123455467. So in both cases the tagging only works either in Jira or in Slack and not in both.
I am trying to link, map or connect the groups in Jira with the ones in Slack.
Is there a way to do it?
