That is not something I'd recommend doing. Although you can choose to set up things any way you like, sprints are time boxed, predefined sets of work that help your teams plan ahead and develop a certain insight in how much work your team can deliver.
If you force work to be completed before you can close your sprints, that would either mean you have to wait until the work is completed. Or you have to close work that actually isn't completed or remove it from the sprint. In the first case, if you start changing your sprint length, the velocity metrics (the amount of work your team can deliver in a fixed period of time) becomes useless. The second case (closing incomplete work just because time's up) just doesn't make any sense. And the last case is built-in into the system: when closing the sprint, Jira automatically asks you where you want to put the unfinished items.
It is sometimes a good idea to challenge peoples requirements (maybe 'wants' is a better definition) than trying to implement them.
