Marking a sub-task as done moves it to a strange place. How do I correct this?

Our project has a Kanban board for requirements and a sprint board for everything else.  When requirements are complete and signed-off the User story then shows in the Sprint backlog.  We just started our first sprint this week and when we mark a sub-task as done it moves back to the Requirements waiting for sign-off on the Kanban board.  This does not appear in the workflow but is happening.  Any suggestions?

Hi @dianelee99

Check the filter used in the board and the statues that are mapped to the columns.

Hi @dianelee99 and Welcome to the community!

To add to what @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ suggested, if you post an image of your boards configurations, showing the status mapping to columns, people can suggest more details to help.  Thank you.

Best regards,

Bill
