Mass upload Components

We have a legacy project that has lots of components. I always wonder how they created these many components manually. which makes me think why this functionality to upload large number of components using an csv is not there.

I know we have a REST API answer, but as a new ordinary user it will be a very helpful functionality.

Does any body have a solution or workaround for this.

That definitely helpful. Thank you @Vishal Biyani .

I would wish the capability for ordinary users. The same upload from the Jira interface(issues screen) created multiple issues with the same summary with no components.
