Maximum return results on Search Work Items

Does anyone know know why the maximum return results are different when searching work items -

• 500 max when going from the Project Board > All Work
• 500 max when going from the Project Board > All Work > clicking the ... from the top right and then Go to all work items
• 1000 max when going directly from Filters > Search Work Items

The screen for displaying the results on bullet#2 and 3 above looks exactly the same but #2 returns 500 and #3 returns 1000

And is there a way that I can change the setting to increase with more results?

Hi,

The limit for total amount of results is set by Atlassian and something that we cannot change. Quick questions, has your instance received the update that came out. Results no longer show pages under the new view, as you scroll down it should continously load?
